There is Order guid:Employee onboarding
And in that Variable is there: "Region"
We want "Region" field to be populated in the Rule Base under "Include this item": Create new user account
But the issue is "Region" variable is there in Order Guide, as well as in the Variable set "Employee Onboarding" which is there in Catalog item: Create new user account
So, creating "Region" variable in the catalog item is throwing error

If you have the variable set named employee_onboarding attached to the Order Guide and the Catalog Item, then you don't need the variable named region in the Order Guide. If the variable set is not in the Order Guide, then the region variable should still cascade to the catalog item region variable in the variable set if you have this box checked on the order guide setup
With this box checked, you don't need to add any Item Variable Assignments to the Rule Base.
