You would need to create a custom metric Create custom metric type (servicenow.com) as the reference type doesn't support auto populating the current user.

I have another query

There are fields lets say "XY" and "YZ"(yes/no)

XY should be mandatory only if YZ is yes. How to achieve this on survey form
