Auto-populated variable is visible on Form Level but not in RITM and Task

I have a variable 'x' which is getting auto - populated based on another variable 'y'. It is getting populated correctly and  visible on Form but not in RITM .

@kumar junior11 , i just tried this in my pdi its working fine, could you please check when you are setting "Data Center Class" as a reference field are you setting the reference table to where Data center Class value is present ?

For example i tried with Configuration item (cmdb_ci) and model id (autopopulating this value) so i referenced it to this table cmdb_hardware_product_model.

and its working fine

so could you cross verify whether the reference table which you are setting is correct for Data center class ?

Do you have any UI policy in place?

If you refresh the RITM form page, are you prompted with the 'change you made will not be saved' message?

If you navigate to the Options [sc_item_option] table and find the submitted variable, does it have a value?
