Auto Populating reference field Depending on the currency field ?

Hi All,

I have a Requirement , Depending on the currency field user populating in reference field, for example 1milion in currency field user populating in reference field, after reference field is get clear  then 2 millions in currency field,2 millions related user user populating in reference field.

please help me on this .
