Hello,
I have created a PA widget and added to my dashboard. This widget does some calculation in backend (formula indicator) and collects fresh data every 30mins. This widget displays the percentage.
Can we auto refresh this instead of manually refreshing the browser /tab ? Or can we somewhere display the the last run-time on the widget itself ?
M y findings from community,
1. We cannot auto refresh dashboards.
2. We may add some extension to browser for auto-refresh.
3. Usual single score type servicenow reports have real time refresh option. Could not find working for my case.
4. This thread mentions we can add some interval for refresh but it refers to PA workspace/dashboards. Mine is just a PA widget added to dashboard.

No, you canāt do it at the widget level; you need to do it at the dashboard level only, as I mentioned. Sorry, thereās no solution exactly like what youāre looking for.

I think for that, you need to create a report on the PA job tables, and from there, you can get the required information.
