Auto-Refresh the functionality of Refresh Agenda Items related links which is present in CAB Meeting

Hi Team,

There is some CAB Meetings which is scheduled for 24 hours from now. For those CAB meetings we have to refresh the Agenda and send the notification. The functionality of the related links-Refresh Agenda Items, which is present in CAB Meeting should happen automatically 24 hours before the start of the CAB Meeting. How can we implement this using scheduled job. Could you please help me here.
