Auto Update the Case with Resolution Notes.

Hello Everyone,

 

I have a requirement where the case gets assigned to line manager for Approval.

-> When line manager Rejects this should change the case state to "Resolved", with a resolution code as "Rejected".

-> And also, auto update the resolution notes as "Resolved by the system based upon rejection from the line manager".

How can i achieve this functionality?
