As a developer, when a UTIL is approved I would like a Story and Release auto-generated for that UTIL.
The auto-generated Story will be able to be part of the velocity chart and the work being completed in the sprint is accounted for and not missed on the velocity chart. While the auto-generated Release will allow the Release to be auto connected to the Change Request, and it can flow into production as the normal process instead of having multiple process, thus streamlining the workflow.
If anyone know how to do this could you please give step by step instructions. Screenshots will help a lot.
