Automate Subcategory field in Security Incident by Short Description

Hello all,

How do I go about automating specific subcategory choice depending on what is in the short description?

i.e: if Short Description contains the word "abnormality", then pick subcategory "Leak".

The Category already is predefined.

Let me know the best way to accomplish this

You can create a Flow Designer or a Business Rule and specify each condition. I dont think there is anything OOB which can help you with that.

I used a BR and it worked after inputting all the conditions that needed to be met.
