Automate Teams chat using existing teams plugin

Hello All,
Currently we have a requirement to automate the teams chat based on particular time frame.
As per the existing setup, on Incident and Task table. We have a button "Start Microsoft teams chat", when agent clicks on the button. The chat will be initiated, and it will be taken to the Microsoft teams. Adding "Requested for" and "assigned to" as the team members(users) and by updating the group chat name same as the incident/Task description. This was installed through ServiceNow plugin (Microsoft teams).
Now, the actual requirement is to automate the teams chat. After the incident is created, a chat should be initiated in between user and agent automatically. Here, I don't want to use any teams channel to send the update to user, but want to use the same process how the chat initiated manually.
I noticed as part of the plugin there were UI action, Script includes, flows, Macros.
Can anyone help me with the idea or the tried to implement this type of scenario?
