Is there an OOTB solution or something that has been implemented in stages?
I can of course write a BR or a scheduled script which looks at the Sys_email table every 2-3 days and checks for emails with the respective target table.
If I delete these mails via script, the attachments should also be deleted automatically.
But still my question, is there already something in place?
Goal should be to get rid of these Attachments

Servicennow uses Table cleaner to flush records based on certain condition defined in the auto flush definition. syslog table is there but sys_email table is not added to the list. Adding a flush definition for sys email will solve the problem.
