Automatic emails stuck in outbox at ready state

Several agents/users reported not receiving the auto email when requests are opened/updated. Can't see emails in the email log, however when I check outbox I can see ~300 stuck in ready state. Is this caused by large number of emails and what's the solution?

Hi @sarahmclard 

 

Might be an issue with the email exchange server? Have a look or involve your IT in the same.
