Automatic updating of upstream relationship in workflow

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement in which when a request is raised it creates a new CI in the CMDB table, in which I need to map the Upstream relationship based on the beatID selected in the Workflow. Can anyone help me with this, if they already implemented it.
