Automatically filter incidents in the Related List Incidents Fixed By Change in Workspace

Good evening everyone,

I'm trying to configure a filter on a related record in the Service Operation Workspace according to the type of Change.

The client has requested that when accessing the Related Record tab, they click on the “Incidents Fixed By Change” menu and in the list on the side when they click on the Add button, the modal with the incidents needs to be automatically filtered according to the rules below:

  • Corrective Change: Display only incidents with Medium and Low priority.
  • Emergency Change: Display only incidents with High priority.

Does anyone know if this can be done and how I can go about it?
