Hi,
Can anyone help me to understand, How to creation a AD accounts for employee OnBoard/OffBoard in entra when a ticket in ServiceNow is approve.
Basically, My HR team send email to service now. Then service now will create a ticket and send for manager approval once done It need to create employee OnBoard/OffBoard in Azure AD.

For this you need to integrate ServiceNow and the AD. You can check there are many post on same.
