Awaiting Acknowledge state

Hi All,

When the incident moved Awaiting Acknowledge to Inprogress but in the state drop down list showing Awaiting Acknowledge.

below is the state flow:

How to hide Awaiting Acknowledge when incident moved to Inprogress

New

Awaiting Acknowledge

Inprogress

Please suggest for this requirement.

Hello @ashok17 ,

In this case you can make changes in the "process flow formatter" for incident table and sync you state field with the flow formatter so that it could match, you can add one record in the flow formatter in order to synch it with state field.

Hello @ashok17 ,

In filter navigator search for Process flow and then create new record and define the choice which you want to add in the formatter e.g. you can refer the below image and let me know how it works for you or if you still need any help.

Hi again

I have tried but not works for me.

Actually before I have added new state Awaiting Acknowledge in incident state flow given 9 value but after incident moved to Inprogress still showing Awaiting Acknowledge state, please suggest.

But I observed if incident moved to Inprogress New state is not showing.
