Hi Divya,
We recently implemented this solution to one our client. Integration of Azure VM's/or Azure discovery is totally different from Azure user logins. In the Azure portal, you need to create ServiceNow application for your Azure domain and that has to be configured with SSO. Once it's configured, Azure will give Certificates and iDP URL's you need to configure those in your ServiceNow instance.
Let me know if you need more help on this.
Regards,
Vivek

Hi Divya,
Do not go for auto configure, go for manual one. There are some steps needs to be followed. The below link will help you on that.
Tutorial: Azure Active Directory integration with ServiceNow | Microsoft Docs
Let me know if it helps.
