Hi Team,
I have read about Azure AD integration with servicenow , however i am not sure how user provisioning happens.
Can anyone tell me how do we configure? We have done everything in Azure side for user provisioning, but how do we get users in snow?
What is needed to be done at ServiceNow side?
PS: Azure SAML settings are configured in ServiceNow already.

Hello Sri, I am not sure, I do not think so.
For this reason I am mentioning this is what we usually do on the ServiceNow side when using MultiSSO, but I am honestly not aware of the specific aspects of Azure integration as here:

Dear dravvyramlochun,
it is clear that Azure products are upgraded in a fast way because your video, that has been certainly clarifier for me, does not completely help us in our assigned task: just configuring azure for automatic user provisioning. Following the Microsoft article at https://docs.microsoft.com/es-es/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/servicenow-provisioning-tutorial#e... we are in trouble trying to understand certain aspects that we hope you could help us on:
- "Assigning users to ServiceNow" and "Enable automated user provisioning"; are these opposite ones to the other? Is the first the manual way to assign and the second the automated one for user provisioning?
- "Configure automatic user account provisioning"; What value for "Instance Name", the ServiceNow Enterprise Application added to Azure, the XX value on https://XX.service-now.com? Same for Admin Username and Admin Password, values for any added to the application owner AAD user, for ServiceNow portal?
I am sorry for such a bunch of questions, appreciating at the same time for any guideline anyone could provide us about this issue.

Any reference field in the sys_user table is not populated such as location, department, company, etc.
