We are finding evidence that business rules are not being started up when we push data from our Azure DevOps integration. We have several business rules that are in certain tables and are started up when a Azure DevOps work item is pushed from Azure to ServiceNow. We have started an insert business rule that runs which is supposed to populate certain pieces of data on our target form but we realize that these business rules are not running. Could anyone let me know if this is expected behavior in this integration?
