Azure SSO - E-Signature reauth not passing username

I have Servicenow working with Azure AD and using Single Sign on.
I require the e-signature plugin and have this working and forcing a reauthentication
on approvals. However the re-authentication requires the user to enter there email address and password each approval.

1. Is there a way to pass the username so they only need to enter there password again?

2. If i cannot do the above, is there a way to prefill the username field with users email?

Hi @Justin Clarke ,

  1. Unfortunately, when using Azure AD for Single Sign-On (SSO) with ServiceNow, the e-signature plugin's reauthentication process does not have the capability to pass the username automatically. This behavior is due to the security measures put in place by Azure AD to ensure a higher level of security for reauthentication.

  2. As for prefilling the username field with the user's email, this is also not directly supported by the e-signature plugin. The e-signature plugin is designed to prompt the user to enter their credentials as an additional security measure during the approval process, and it does not have the option to prefill the username field.

In both cases, the behavior you are experiencing is expected due to the security mechanisms in place with Azure AD SSO and the e-signature plugin. The reauthentication process is intended to provide an extra layer of security by requiring the user to re-enter their credentials for sensitive operations like approvals.

Thanks,

Ratnakar

I'm not using the e-signature plugin and have recently started using myapps in our company.  Ever since that we've had issues with the email links for approvals.  The users get the blank/generic servicenow screen that indicates they're not logged in.

Is there a known work around for this yet?

Hi,
Which plugin did you use to achieve this functionality, like approvals with e-signature?

Is it working for SSO login as well?
