background color dosen't work in service portal

Hi,

I'm trying to change  background color in service portal,I don't know why it doesn't work it always shows me the color white even I chose another color,any suggestion please.

Steps you followed is incorrect. Click on the highlighted area as below & then try changing the Homepage color.

Your screenshot shows the request portal. Is this the portal you checking? Have you saved the changes?

actuallay i m working in a portail named request portal , yes i saved the changes i found probleme in changing backgroud color doesn't change and when i try to change navbar backgroung color  it's work

Can you check the CSS theme of your portal:

It should have a CSS variable for body-bg suffixed with !default.

Can you confirm this and try change the color there and see if it updates the portal bg color?
