background color dosen't work in service portal

Hi,

I'm trying to change  background color in service portal,I don't know why it doesn't work it always shows me the color white even I chose another color,any suggestion please.

Following steps will change Service Portal Home Page background color.

1. From Application Navigator, select Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration
2. Select Branding Editor
3. Change "Homepage background color"
4. Press on "Reset Change" button on top

as I mentioned I have already followed the steps but without result.
i change the color but once i open the servcie portal the color dosen't change.

Can you tell me the steps you've taken? The screenshot seems different from the one I've posted in my steps. It seems like you're changing the theme.

As is shown in my screenshot, the background color on the portal homepage changed when I changed the Homepage background color setting.

3. change page background color to gray

when i open service portal the color doesn't change always shows me white in background
