When I am backing out my update set, it gave me an error saying "Multiple changes were made on this record, after committing the update set", and yes I agree i have made the changes now i still want to back out that update set.
what to do now, I have 3 option delete, decide to keep current, decide to use previous.
what happen for 3 option?

In such scenarios its better to restore deleted items in lower instance, capture in new update set and move forward.

Don't backout, recapture the fresh options in new update set and move up.

Agree, backout looks easy but in technical it is tough, you don't what has been backed out and what has been left, it is like a black box, also if you back out a good round of testing is required.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
