Banner Image switching back to old image

Hi,

I'm trying to change Banner Logo from Basic Configuration U16 in our instance but as soon as I log out or close browser and open it again, same old logo appears. As soon as I go to Basic Configuration U16 page it shows updated Banner again.

I've tried changing banner log from My Company and setting it in glide.product.image.light property but it does the same thing. Tried clearing cache and browser cache, log off and log back in but to no avail.

I'm not sure how to fix or find script that is doing it.

Do you have any suggestions.

I tried same thing in my personal dev instance and it works fine. make sure after uploading it you are saving it. There might be something on your instance like business rule

Yes, I tried it on my personal instance and it works fine. Not sure why it's not working on my company's dev instance. I'll keep looking to find the cause.

Below is reference of solution as per ServiceNow documentation. Even though I've changed Banner Configuration, user record still belongs to old company that's why it's pointing old company image:

One issue is resolved, now I need to find why log on page has old company banner.

Ok, so by updating primary field in core_company table will change banner in logon.
