based on choice value in portal that SLA will attach to that reacord

Hi All,

i have a reacord producer having filed and it has three option based on the option selection the SLA will attach to that reacord, how can i achive this. any suggetions pls

Note: SLA have target options and reacord producer having options are same

Hi @Gillerla Rajesh ,

Yes your recordproducer will create a record on a target table. So you need to create 3 SLA on the target table each having diffrent conditon which you want to attach. so sla will get attached accordingly... 

Lets say your creating a incident via record producer and you have a field whose values are 'A', B , C.

if you need sla to be attached based on ABC  then create 3 sla on incident table with each conditoin as A b & c.
