Hello Community,
We have set up an email account with below details,
type: IMAP
Server: outlook.office365.com
Authentication: Oauth 2.0
While clicking on the Test Connection URL, the connection is succesful but we are unable to recieve any emails under email logs
We recieved the error 'BBS4 BAD User is authenticated but not connected ' in system logs
What does the above error mean and how to resolve it?

Can you share a screenshot of the application registry, omitting sensitive details. What scopes have you defined on the application registry?

Thanks for confirming, please ensure your Azure/Entra admin has setup the application registry to have the necessary scopes
I believe your grant type is wrong, it's likely it should be set up with Authorization code rather than the deprecated password type.
