BCM -BIA ASSESSMENTS

Hi 
In BIA we're having assessments is there any way to show the assessments in service portal of end users? If yes how can we show in portals?

I don’t have the setup on my end right now, but it should appear like this.

It is for GRC and same goes for BCM as well.
