Hi @KritiK
What you are looking for is key in BCM.
BIA: Business Impact Analysis, It identifies disruptions' potential effects (means if something goes wrong where / which CI /Assets ) to business operations and helps organisations prioritize their recovery strategies.
RTO (Recovery Time Objective) : In layman words, it tell, how much time a service is unavailable and there is no impact on business due to the same. Like: If there is a flood, a human can survive ( it is just an example) with any food upto 24 hrs and there is no farm to body. So here 24 hrs is RTO.
RPO (Recovery Point Objective) : In layman's words, with the above example, how much a human can loss weight in 24 hrs due to lack of food/ no food. Means after 10 hrs if human start loosing weight, it can impact other parts of body. So RPO- 10 hrs.
You can read these definations:
RPO: is a key parameter in disaster recovery and business continuity planning that defines the maximum acceptable amount of data loss measured in time. It reflects the point in time to which data must be restored after a disruption to minimize the impact on business operations.
RTO is a critical parameter in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and disaster recovery planning. It defines the maximum acceptable time a business process, system, or service can remain unavailable after a disruption before causing unacceptable consequences to the organization

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
I have BIA records in Excel, and I need to migrate all of them to the production environment. However, I'm having trouble with the migration process using Transform map. Can you guide me on how to do this or if you have any alternative approach?

Hi @KritiK
I will say, first see what other reference fields are in BIA, and make sure those values exit in SN before you run the transform map. To do this, try to create 1 BIA manually which tells you the process and then you can create different transform maps to bring those records in SN.

In the BIA records, the RTO and RPO fields are populated based on the assessment. However, the RTO and RPO values are not migrating.
