best method to show resolution codes depending on the category selected.  If a certain category is selected i would like certain resolution codes to only show.  All other categories can display the default codes to show.

Hi @EarlH,

You can configure the Resolution Coded field similar to category and sub-category and update the resolution codes choice record with dependent value with category.

 

Set the dependent category value in choice table
