Best Practice for not showing a CI that shouldn't be used

I have a requirement to hide Business Application.Architecture type is Platform Host from CIs. When I try to add "Business Application.Architecture Type is NOT Platform Host" it shows ONLY Business Applications that don't have a Architecture Type of Platform Host and not empty. What is the best way to achieve this goal? Below is our current filters.

I'm not sure I'm understanding. I know I can filter it out by name, but that doesn't seem ideal. We had created Epic as a Business Application, but have since went in and created more specific Business Applications for Epic modules. We just don't want people utilizing the "Epic" one.

Hi @Jennifer Red

may be i confused you, sorry for that.

it shows ONLY Business Applications that don't have a Architecture Type of Platform Host and not empty.

Atul: We need to add some condition which show or not show the empty. So to understand this i said. go to list view and filter out . You will see what condition need to add more.

I did on incident

I'm trying to figure out how to filter out a Business Application based on Architecture Type or something along those lines without it showing ONLY business applications in the list.
