Hi Siri,

Requirement is our client wants to changes their Legacy ITSM system to ServiceNow. This legacy system is based on oracle Database so want to migrate data from oracle database to ServiceNow.

Use Case:

lets say want to migrate all tickets, user, company, location, group, CI data inside ServiceNow. There is more than crores of records in ticket and CI table. i am looking for some best practice doc, what should do what should not do this type of doc.

Resurfacing this thread as I didn't see a response from ServiceNow on the last reply from Raj. We have a similar use case. We currently use Oracle's RightNow platform for incident management, and we are rolling out ServiceNow next year. We have a lot of questions and were wondering if there's any documentation available from ServiceNow or other clients who migrated data from Oracle.
