Best way to learn Angular for ServiceNow?

Which is the best way to learn Angular for ServiceNow in 2023?

I'm thinking of taking a Udemy course, maybe one of the shorter courses in combination with building something on my own. Are there any peculiarities for Angular in ServiceNow that I should be aware of? If I build my own Angular application outside of ServiceNow, just to learn Angular, that will still be helpful for ServiceNow, right?

Or would you say that it is no longer useful to learn Angular for ServiceNow, because it will stop being maintained at some point?

For the portal customisation Angular will be used. Its good to learn it.
