Blank Catalog Item in Service Portal

Hi,

There are a few catalog items, which show empty when opened in Service Portal after recent upgrade. When I open in ServiceNow view and click on Try It, the variables show up fine. 

I checked the variables. All have the Visible on Bundles/Guides etc true. No idea what could be wrong.

Any help?

The exact same thing happened me after upgrade from Kingston to Newyork

Hi,

Check "Hide on Service Portal" field on the respective Catalog item record.
