We're gradually moving across to Catalog builder by creating templates, converting existing items and doing hand-over with item owners. A disconnect between the ACLs and user criteria on the sc_template table causes non-admin users to see a blank template panel with the 'xx rows removed from this list by security constraints' message. This is a rubbish user experience for an OOB feature. I gather that it's very difficult to script a before query business rule for criteria; does anyone have a viable solution for this?
