Block "comments" field on Service Portal ticket

Hello,

 

I need to hide the "comment" section from the end-user on the portal ticket when the CHG request is canceled

I tried using write ACL for the "change_request.comments" with this condition, but it didn't work on the portal side, only in the back-end (the ACL works, it hides the "comments" field on the request form, but it is still available in the portal).

 

Should i configure this via widget script?
