Block Read access to other users for one catalog item requests

Hi Team,

I have a requirement where requests for one of the catalog item must be viewed only by the requestor and people with 'xyz' role. There are around 6 OOB ACL's giving access to the RITM tale.

Is there any possibility to achieve this without touching/modifying the OOB ACLs? or via field ACLs?

Or its mandatory to stop these ACLs applying for our item in each ACL condition?

Not new to ACLs but have a feeling that this might not be possible..
