Requirement: Generate a Japanese pdf with Custom font for BIA Document under BCM workspace.
Steps to perform:
1. Install the custom font:
Update System properties("glide.ui.html.editor.v4.font.collection") with proper Description and font name in custom value to add fonts to the HTML editor.
2. Update PDF Generation Font Family:
Add a record with Name as your custom font Name
Open the Record-> Attach the .ttf or .woff file
3. Now Change the Scope to GRC: Business Impact Analysis
4. Go to Document Template -> All Document Template and open your BIA template for PDF generation.
Under Body , Html editor is available. Select Custom font as per requirement.
5. Save Template
6. Publish the template
You are done with Configuration.
How to test it:
1. To test Japanese BIA PDF Template, go to the list of Business Impact Analysis. And change the filter
2. Open any of the record with ‘BIA Application Template’. Click on Generate PDF button and then Generate Japanese PDF
PDF will be generated with the custom font wherever it has been applied.
Note: Custom font can be done For English template as well As per the requirement. Process would be same.
