Blog2_TM: "Oauth access token is available but expire" error and Resolution

This issue I faced for ServiceNow- Azure integration. 

 

Issue Description: You have configured the OAuth 2.0 entity profile with correct value like end point and credential and from Connection when you will click  'Get OAuth Token' ,

 

You might get following error .

Resolution: 

 

Add the offline_access scope in the Oauth Entity profile.  Screen shot is given below.

 

For this offline_access  scope in an OAuth profile -with a refresh token, the app can interact with the user’s data while the user is offline and gives your app access to resources on behalf of the user for an extended time.
