Hi All,
Can I know if there is any possibility to display Incidents Service Requests in business location service portal.If so can you pls guide me on this. Thanks in advance.

Answer is NO, as BLSP is for CSM and used for cases. and why you want to show Inc/ SR to consumers when the case has been there to guide them.
