Broadcast a message to all the users

Hi All,

I have a requirement related to Broadcast message functionality. We need to broadcast a message to the users of the entire organization. The broadcast message functionality is working fine for the users having any role. 

But, it is not working for the users without role. Is it possible that the broadcast message can be visible to all the users with/ without role?

Kindly provide possible options to do it.

As you suggested the Announcement feature of SN. I know this feature and yes work for all the users. W 

But still i am in need of displaying the broadcast messages only to snc_external users. Please suggest any solution other that the Announcement if any.

Hi,

As mentioned above, you'd use the announcement feature which you can set a role on it so that only users with snc_external see it. In your original post and above you're saying that they don't have a role, but they do...they have snc_external. So when you create your announcement set the role to that within the settings so that only they see it.

I just wanted to check-in on this and see if this has been resolved.
