Hi @NuthanaA
The issue where the agent is not responding or showing a "Connection failed" error is typically tied to session handling or input clarity. Please try the following steps:
Improve the Prompt Strategy: The "Connection failed: WebSocket connection error" often occurs when the prompt is too vague for the agent to initialize a plan. Instead of a generic request like "I want an application," provide specific details
Check for Updates: Ensure your instance and Now Assist plugins are up to date. Sometimes a version mismatch causes the agent to hang or fail to establish a stable connection.

Hi @NuthanaA
Start by entering the name of the application you want to build. The more details you provide, the more accurately BuildAgent can create your application.
For example: Build a Leave Management System.
Next, wait for about a minute until the approval option appears, then approve it.
After that, youāll see a success message along with the application URL.

Hi @NuthanaA,
I don't have an answer on this particular error, have you tried reloading your page and starting again from scratch?
Also, the prompt you wrote is very bad. Garbage in, garbage out... maybe you want to write it better.
You can find similar sources as this Now Assist AI Agents prompting guide
Instead of "i want an application" try something like "I want an application that can do XYZ" :))
