I am trying to build a dashboard in our Service Operations Workspace . It would be preferable if I can import existing dashboards into SOW . But I couldn't find a way to do that.
The idea is to build few dashboards in out SOW for Help Desk leads, Help desk members. How do I go about this?
Help on starting the dashboard (or importing the existing dashboard) , how to build the dashboard, building different dashboards for different set of users is really really appreciated.
