Bulk import communication device

Hello all,

 

I have a requirement to bulk import the communication devices in ServiceNow. Can someone help me with creating the import set and transform map ? Any doc for the same to follow? Is there any short method to import the devices or has to be manually done ?

Hi @Hemamani Prabha 

 

I don’t think there’s any special requirement here. It can be done similarly to 'user' and others, tables but make sure all reference fields are available and the values are correct.
