I would like to bulk import knowledge articles using Excel.
I want the body of the article to reflect the formatting, so I have included the body text with HTML code in the Excel file, but when I import this file, the body of the article is blank.
Which record in which table is converting the HTML code in the Excel file for ServiceNow?
I am wondering because when I import a Word file that has already been formatted, it imports with the formatting intact. (I would also like to know which records are converting the HTML code in the Word file for ServiceNow.)
If OOTB does not have the ability to convert HTML code in Excel for ServiceNow, I would like to know how to implement that.

Thank you for your reply.
In the second article you gave, Easy Import states “Capture all HTML text under the column Text.” but in fact not all of the HTML is captured. If you look at the Knowledge article after import, only some HTML code is captured and missing in the text. The source code shows that the full text described in the Excel file is not imported.
Do you have a solution for this event?

When we contacted NowSupport about this event, we were told that non-English templates are limited in what they can import and cannot import the full amount of text. Contact NowSuppot for more information.
