Hi experts,
How can we calculate and store the duration of a particular state (ex. 'On- Hold' state) in a custom field.
or can we achieve this using PA or reporting?

Hi @si21 ,
No, you should instead create a metric definition to capture the state duration on a specific table, to e.g. capture the "on hold" duration. You can read more about metric definition here : https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-platform-administration/page/administer/time/reference/...
