Calendar in Servicenow

We have requirement where agents have to use calendar in Servicenow.

 

Requirement:

1. Visitor will make  a request to visit the site on a specific day at a specific time through catalog item.

2. Agents should be able to see a calendar to get an overview of who is visiting when. 

 

Any idea how to do this in SN?

what would be the expected presentation of the visitor's data? Is it expected to be a list of records, reporting or calendar layout? could you provide more details?
