Hi all,
If I create a custom table, can a requester see the record of a custom table which I created?
Best regards,
Tomoaki

Hi,
Every table you create in ServiceNow has a role attached. If you grant the user this role they will be able to see.
Also by default there will be ACLs created, with these roles.
These ACLs will be create, read, write, delete. You can update the ACL and can give the access accordingly.

Thanks for your reply!
But I think the requester (license fee 0$ user) has no role hence the custom table can't be seem by them
What do you think about that?

When you create a custom table just remove the role from there, some what similar to the Self-Service module which is visible to the end user
