Is there a way for a user to disable mobile UI view? They load up SN on their phone, and it loads up mobile UI by default (detects they are on Android/iPhone). Forcing their browser into desktop mode doesn't change the fact that mobile UI view is loading.
Adding ?sysparm_device=desktop to a URL works for that single URL - it continues loading pages in a mobile UI view after that.
Any ideas?

Hi Shane,
Can you clarify the problem? Are you trying to get the desktop UI on a mobile device or prevent users from switching at all?

Good day Chuck,
I am trying to get a desktop UI on a mobile device, as it is currently forcing the user into the mobile UI (we installed the Mobile UI plugin - are running Geneva).
Thanks.

My recommendation is to stick with the mobile experience. Not all the desktop functionality translates well to mobile devices (tablets and phones.) One can only take so much pinching and zooming and you may find things like client scripts not working as expected.

The user would like the option to switch back to Desktop, as this would allow him to see his custom homepages on the go. Homepages with reports are not coming through well on Mobile UI.
