I have gone through with your multiple post, seems you are a dedicated enthusiast. Can you please help me to understand about the UI policy as I am new in the era of ServiceNow.

Hello @a41022639 ,

 

UI policy is used to make the field read only , mandatory and hidden.

Let's suppose, if you need to hide description field based on the categorisation, than you can go with UI policy. For more use cases you can go through YouTube.
