Can I add simple text on Dashboard/Homepage?

I have created a dashboard having multiple metrics into it. I have colour coded the metrics report by their categorisation.

Is there a way I can add metrics legend as a text at the bottom of my Dashboard.

Below are the legends which I want to add.

  1. Click to add a new widget on dashboard
  2. Choose Content Blocks in dropdown for the type
  3. Select New Static HTML and Add button to place on dashboard
  4. Click the "Click Here" text to configure the widget
  5. Add whatever HTML you want

This is what I get when I click to configure the widget. How do I add text here?

As it's part of the Content Management tables, you might not have access to create on the content_block_static table unless you have the admin role or the content_admin role (or possibly other custom ACLs that have been defined on your instance are impacting you).
